Taking cues from the brand's identity, color palette, and the new "Library" concept, I managed and executed the project from schematic design to completion. Working in close collaboration with Tod's headquarters and a millworker in Italy, we ensured that the fixtures, finishes, and materials were of the highest quality, resulting in a successful execution of the concept that aligned with the brand's aesthetic and values.
